Ormat  Technologies - is a leading vertically integrated company dedicated to providing solutions for geothermal power, recovered energy generation (REG) and remote power.  Most of Ormat's products and business activities are based on its original Ormat Energy Converter (OEC), a field-proven technology for utilization of low and medium temperature heat sources.  Ormat is the world leader in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power systems.

U.S. Energy Systems - is engaged in two principal lines of business. The first is the production of clean, efficient energy, close to the user, for large industrial customers and "green," renewable energy for local, wholesale markets. The Company's other line of business is the provision of environmental services. The Company's principal energy facilities are two geothermal power plants in Nevada, which produce a combined net output of seven megawatts of electric power. This power is sold pursuant to power purchase agreements with Sierra Pacific Power Company. The Company's power plants are "qualifying facilities" under the Public Utility Regulatory Policy Act of 1978 (PURPA) and, as a result, these plants are exempt from rate regulations and other significant regulatory requirements. The Environmental Division provides services including consultation, remediation, recovery and utilities services, with a geographic focus in the Midwestern United States.
